HEY! I’M EFE...
I’m lucky to run my own business in something I’m really passionate about, Personal Development. I live in Burlington, Ontario with my wife, our two kids aged 15 and 22 and our chaotic crew of three dogs and two cats.
It took four trips from Turkey (Worldwide, the country's name has been updated to TURKIYE) to Canada to get everyone here! We’ve been in Canada for eight years and I (We) made the move wanting our kids to grow up as true citizens of the world.
Between them, they’ve traveled to nearly 100 countries already! My career’s been quite the adventure as well - teaching physics (and mathematics), instructing diving, snowboarding, sailing and motorcycle safety and now working for myself.
I’ve diversified and launched an online business in Personal Development and it’s been an amazing ride.
I wanted more freedom, more travel and more time with my family - and now I have it.
THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: My journey into the online business world started a few years back, though the path getting here was anything but straight. Back in Istanbul, I ran my own tutorship and consultancy business teaching physics (and mathematics) to young students.
We’ve supported nearly 2000 young people over the years! When we moved to Canada, my teaching qualifications weren’t recognised, so I went back to study business and international marketing.
Eventually, I joined a friend’s exporting (and importing) business as Operations Manager (in 2019), (got promoted to Chief Operating Officer) and things were going great until Trump’s (additional) tariffs hit and wiped out most of our U.S. customers overnight.
It was a tough blow, but honestly, I’m glad it happened. Everything happens for a reason - it’s what pushed me to take the leap and start building something of my own again.
THE TURNING POINT BUSINESS: After the (import/) export venture fell apart, my wife and I decided to build something of our own, first in home furnishings, then expanding into consultancy for small businesses, helping others create success.
My wife’s been a company CEO for more than 20 years and honestly, she was the missing piece in my puzzle. I owe her a lot. We’d always earned well and invested smartly, but with growing kids and bigger responsibilities, generating that executive-level income became a real priority.
I started looking at C-suite roles, thinking that might be the answer. But deep down, I knew I could do better running my own show. That’s when I found this business - a way to create the results I wanted, on my own terms.
THE MINDSET THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING: I’ve been into Personal Development since the very start of my professional life. For me, it’s simple. If you don’t develop yourself, you can’t develop others. That belief has shaped everything I’ve done, whether it was teaching, managing, or building businesses.
I’ve learned that to grow, you have to surround yourself with like-minded people - not fake ones, because not everyone will cheer for your success. Some will be envious, and that’s okay. You just stay focused on your own path. That mindset became even more important after a recent health challenge.
I made the decision to take my health back and within a year, everything changed. The bad habits were gone, and I was in control again. Around that time, I came across this business and it just fit perfectly. It aligned with who I was becoming and how I wanted to live - focused, healthy and surrounded by the right people.

THE BUSINESS THAT TOOK OFF: The business I discovered that day is still the one I run today. It’s given me so much more than I could have imagined.
I wanted more from life - more travel, more independence, more time for myself and my family, and the freedom to celebrate the little things on any random day with my wife.
Structure has always been a huge part of my success, and here everything has aligned perfectly. I take a scientific approach to everything, paired with a spiritual mindset and practice and now I get to work with the right people for long-term success.
Best of all, I get to share that journey with others and help them create the life they want too.
